| Environmentally better but that's about it. In this case, PVD is evaporation in a vacuum. No big deal. They also claim a PC base layer rather than the copper that is usually used as an adhesion layer under chrome. The clear coat is a nice touch but you can do that anyway. Because it's so thin, compared to plated Cr, it's probably not as durable. Why would you want chrome 350Z wheels anyway? I think there are many better choices than these wheels.
